05 July 2014 CST RATE IS 2% AGAINST C FORM.
BUT WHEN VAT RATE IS LESS THAN 2% THEN CST RATE AGAINST C FORM IS EQUAL TO VAT RATE.
so that if vat rate is less than 2% then it is valid.
