08 January 2009 No as per DVAT Act amount of tax paid on interstate purchases is not entitled for input credit. It would be better if purchases are made against Form H.

26 January 2009 No, there is no provision of refund of
CST paid on purchases even if used for
export.

However, if you are SEZ units, such
refund is possible.
