If "A" party made interstate Sale to "B" and charged CST @ 2% ag. form C and "B" is not provide form C Than What Tax applied on "A" ?. Is RITC is also applicable on "A".?

Pay full cst as per applicable in your state for same item/goods.

In case you are not in position to furnish C form, you are liable to pay the difference of tax paid on that sale and local tax payable on that sale.
