Dear Experts, Pl. give details of Non Tariff Notification for SEZ Bond & CT-3 . We Supply the material under SEZ & When i try to file the ER-1 from ACES site then it gives me message "pl. enter Non Tariff Notification". Awaiting your reply, Thanks in advance. D. Ramesh

You can supply the goods under bond vide notification no. 42/2001-CE(NT).

This Notification No. 42/2001 CE(NT) is for export of Goods to other Country without payment of duty, SEZ & CT-3 Party is in our Country, It may be change or not in Notification No. Please advice me.
