In case of an CA PARTNERSHIP FIRM, one can sign all tax audit reports exceeding 45 but within the overall ceiling limit of all partners of that firm.

Ceiling on no of audits assignment shall be link with each partner in firm not link with overall partner,s audit assignment..so each parner can sign on 45 tax audit reports.
