allowablity of cenvat credit in case of import of service( after introduction of POT rules).....

02 December 2011 You can take CENVAT credit in respect of service tax paid on import of services as per provisions of CENVAT credit rules, 2011. POT rules have nothing to do with the CENAT credit on import of services.
