Sir we are doing Catering services, supply of foods to IT park. Is that we are liable for services tax

But one more doubt Catering services already cover under Vat.

Is it any possible that the same product will cover under both Vat 2% & also Service Tax also.One more condition is IT companies says they can't take burden, because it comes under SEZ.
