I have Small Confusion Regarding 269ST Please Clarify

Company can Withdraw more then 2 Lakhs . Whether 269ST Applicable for that or not

03 July 2017 Sir, We have GST Registration in Telangana and Carry Works Contract We Put Bills to Haryana State But Actual Work Running in Telangana but Recipient Registered in Haryana.We give the Bill to Haryana Address. Please Suggest Wheather it is IGST, or not and also
