Dear Sir, Can anyone please tell me the cash transaction limit per day for a pvt company & what will be the consequences that will come into force if it exceeds the limit?

I don't think so there is any limit as such. But, there is an limit for the cash payment toward expenses and contractors i.e. of Rs.20K.
