If we have to make cash pyt in accounts, what is limit for cash payment? It means upto how much amount we can pay cash to party as per accounting rule?

19 October 2013 There is no rule in accounts.

But as per Income Tax Act only up to Rs. 20000 except in case of transporter(In their case limit is 35000).
