21 March 2010 A travel agent has paid cash more than 20000/-for purchase for tickets from other travel agent so this payment will disallow u/s 40(3)

21 March 2010 if it is more than 1 ticket, ask the agent to provide two seperate invoices i.e., break the amount in such a way that the value of each invoice is less than 20K
