while preparing finalcial statements first confirm that case falow is reire to be prepared for that enterprise,
if required then u can prepare cash flow statement complying with accounting standard 3(cash flow statement) perfoma also specified in standard, it provides two methods of preparing cash flow statement 1 direct method and indirect method

24 May 2008 PLEASE REFER AS 3 FOR PROFORMA AND GUIDELINES ON CASH FLOW STATEMENT.
PL. NOTE CASH FLOW IS DIFFERENT FROM FUNDS FLOW WHICH INCLUDES NON CASH ITEMS ALSO.
