As per income tax act Cash flow statement is mandatory in annual statement.
Our manufacturing company (turnover Rs.25 crores)

02 January 2016 It is mandatory because U/s 2(40) of the Companies Act 2013 cash flow statement has been included under the definition of Financial Statement. You may get guidance from your Boss or from the Auditors.
