Can excess deposit service tax in cash of Works Contract Services will be adjusted in next half -yearly return.

Yes,excssive service tax deposited can be adjusted against next month liablity.As per rule 6(4A) of Service Tax Rules 1994.

Yes u can adjust it with ur tax payable in next return. Or u can also claim it as refund. But better to adjust.
