Right?
If Yes, Its Not Available, Bank Generally Not Give CC on That Balances.

You Have to Prove of CENVAT Balance as Required by Bank.

10 May 2013 RBI ALLOWS BANKS TO GIVE C.C ON CENVAT BUT WHAT IF THE PARTY BECOMES NPA ...HOW THE CENVAT WILL BE GIVEN TO BANK,NO RULES FOR THAT IN CENTRAL EXCISE ACT
