No case laws prior to May, 2014 will be asked. Now, all case laws which are important which makes or changes any law or resolves the disputes are important and that is only passed by Supreme Court.
You need not remember the case law by heart only you should know what the case law says.

latest case laws applicable to exams will be published by institute, you can freely download from icai website or u can buy hard copy at sales counter
