21 September 2010 Whether losses of company who is exempted for payment of Income tax for next 10 years can be carried forward or not

21 September 2010 If profit is exempt by virtue of section 10 then loss cannot be carried forward.

If income is exempt loss cannot be carried forward.

If deduction u/s 80IA or IB is allowable then loss allowable.
