DEAR SIR,
CARO IS APPLICABLE TO ALL PUBLIC COMPANIES AND PVT COMPANIES WHICH FULFILLS ANY OF THE ONE CONDITIONS SPECIFIED IN THE ORDER.NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT THE REPORTING IN CARO IS DONE FOR ALL THE TRANSACTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN PLACE DURING THE YEAR OR ONLY FOR THE STATE OF AFFAIRS THAT IS SHOWN IN THE BALANCE SHEET?
