You can select any of two.In practise you may struggle at the begining stage.

01 July 2010 As per my personal opinion go for employment...unless you are personally interested in practice...

If you have good contacts assuring you some good work then practice may be an option.

you can switch to practice anytime after developing good contacts.

If you have good contracts then you go to practice .

For establish a good practice , 3 to 4 years are to be required.
