Career advise please

14 November 2014 I am working in a industry since apr 2011. In this org i didnt learn anything as owner itself is not interested in anything moreover balance sheet are signed as it is as it is signed by past president of ICAI he is cousin of our owner.No revised schedule nothing is taken care off, contingent liabilities are recorded.
Before this company i worked in a CA firm learn there a lot.
Pleas advise whether i should make a step back by switching over again in a CA firm???What to do please help.

14 November 2014 Dear friend,

It depends on what your long term goal is.

If you want to acquire good position in industry then switch to industry, you will be able to get good job in industry as you have said you had good work exposure in CA. firm.

Generally packages offered by CA. firms are lower then the industry, then why to switch to CA. firms..??

17 November 2014 I think you didnt read my query i am saying that the co. in which i am presently working is typical lala type company. They just focus on sales. No revised schedule VI nothing is followed here. Contingent liabilities are recorded and there are many mistakes of such type and balance sheet as it is certified by ICAI president's firm....thats why i want to switch over.
If i want to correct mechanism they dont understand as the owner itself is not educated so much.

I have read your query carefully and accordingly have replied.

As you are not satisfied with the present job you will have to leave this job right ??

After leaving this job you will either join an Industry or a CA. Firm, right ??

Between these two choices (Industry and CA Firm) I suggest you to join an Industry, reason for preferring Industry over CA Firm I have already mentioned you in my earlier reply.

One more suggestion: Only after getting another job, leave present one.

17 November 2014 Thanks for your reply i just want to go outside this org anyhow either in a CA firm or industry but not in too small CA firm otherwise i would be 5 years back in my career.....bas god koi mediocre industry ya firm me job lagwa de yaha se chutkara mile....they just know 2 things making sales and entering sales.
one of the ICAI past president signs it as it is.....dont know kya hoga is country ka seminar me lecture dete he itne aur apne cousin ki balance sheet pe as it is stamp laga dete he

17 November 2014 Ya i am already registered and trying my best....but the problem is they ask about my career profile what to tell them nothing is done here....thanks for the wishes
