I have passed my b.com and i want to pursue career in taxation. Kindly guide me which studies will be the best to pursue Taxation as a career. Please let me know that which studies should i go for as i want to do job along with my studies because i have responsibility of my home also.

Dear As job is necessary in your case. CA is not a good option for you. In my opinion you should opt to do LLB via distance learning. no need to join regular college. LLB is a professional degree and you can practice in taxation after that.
Can i do LLB with Mumbai University. Does Mumbai University offers Distance Learning Programme in LLB? After doing LLB, can i practice of my own or i can setup my own firm? After Achieving LLB, How can i practice Taxation so i can setup my own firm? By practicing taxation, which services can i provide to the clients? Please help me out! I need advises from you sir...

Dear no idea whether mumbai university provide distance learning llb or not. Dear after LLB you can provide same services as provided by a CA in addition you can appear before the court. Only you can not audit the balance sheets of the clients. yes you can practice in taxation.

U can provide all business consultancy services like- NGO registration, Trademark, ISO, payment, copyright, All taxation work - ITR filing - TDS, All company related services, Service tax, vat and so on. So no need to worry about Scope. Only U need to sure that whether LLB can be done in Distance mode ? And if which university offer this current.
