DEPENDS.. IF THAT PART HAS INCREASED THE LIFE OR EFFICIENCY OF VEHICLE THEN ONLY U CAN CAPITALIZE IT .. OTHERWISE BETTER TO EXPENSE IT OF WHATEVER COST IT IS........
