13 April 2012 i want to incorporate a pvt ltd. with the name of "NATIONAL COMPUTER SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED" what shall be the requirement of authorised cqapital

14 April 2012 Rs. 1,00,000 as minimum authorised share capital.

14 April 2012 As per Sec 3(1)(iii), for a Private Company, minimum paid up capial should be Rs. 100,000 and minimum paid up capital for public company is Rs. 500,000.
There is no specific mention about minimum authorised capital.
However, the companies act says that the authorised capital shall not be less than paid up capital, hence the minimum authorised capital for a pvt company is also Rs. 100,000.

I think there is no need to bring the additional Authorised Share Capital for the word "National" using in the companies name. You can clarify through the following link
