Can we claim loss because our indexed cost is more than Sale consideration ???

I think no but our software is taking like that only...

Is software Rite or I am Rite ???

06 September 2012 Long term capital loss arises when the sale consideration is below the indexed cost of acquisition. If your software is not responding this way, than consult the vendor of the software.
