Sir,
We have two unit one is DTA Unit & other is SEZ Unit. Can we transfer duty paid Capital Goods or Spares from DTA Unit to SEZ unit under ARE-1 (i.e. Duty Forgone) ?

Yes, you can send the capital goods under ARE-1 to SEZ unit.
