refer to PARA 3.10.5(D) of hand book of procedures vol-1(2009-2014)VALID SHIS LICENCE HOLDER CAN APPLY FOR ENDORSEMENT OF TRANSFERABILITY TO REGIONAL LICENSING AUTHORITY.
SUCH APPLICATION WILL BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF VALID SHIS CERTIFICATE OF TRANSFEREE ANA A COPY OF SSI/IEM.............MUST READ THE SAID HBPL
I did not got a satisfactory answer, I am asking that I have already imported capital goods under SHIS licence. My machine job will be completed with in 2 years. We are planing to sell the said machine imported under SHIS licence.
My question is that can we sell the machine in indigenous market. Is there will be any liability on us if sell the said capital goods.
