Dear Experts, In the year 09-10 we have taken a CENVAT credit(1st 50%) amount of Rs.50,000.00 for a certain capital goods. And next financial year (i.e 10-11) we have taken again balance 50% i.e 50,000. But the actual amount is 60,000.00 insted of 50,000.00
Now can we take balance 20,000.00 together. Kindly confirm me. Thanks and regards, R.
