Dear All,
I need to sell a residential house property in Mumbai, and the same was acquired before 1-4-81
i want to derive stamp duty value of the property to arrive at the fair value as on 1-4-81. Can any one tell me how to find stamp duty value of 1981..

Dear go to the registrar of property and ask for the registered sale deed registered on 01/04/1981.
Pay the required fees and get the photocopy of the deed.
