01 September 2009 1. can a person who has got long term capital gains invest in bonds mentioned U/s. 54EC in installments?

2. can expemption for capital gains be obtined by investing part of the capital gains in Bonds (U/s 54EC) and a part of the capital gains U/s 54F (i.e. construction of a dwelling house)? is there any restrictions to any of the above.

2 .. can expemption for capital gains be obtined by investing part of the capital gains in Bonds (U/s 54EC) and a part of the capital gains U/s 54F (i.e. construction of a dwelling house)? is there any restrictions to any of the above
