Is Long term capital gain on sale of residential land chargeable to tax @ 10%. if the benifit of indexasation is not taken. If No please explain the tax rate.

Long term capital gain on sale of residential land chargeable to tax @ 20% only with indexation. WIthout indexation option is available to onl listed securities
