Hello , my father has a house property which was purchased 3 years back Now if part of the property is sold, can I claim sec 54/54f exemption ? And we have no other property at anywhere.

If the part of the residential house can be treated as a residential unit, then, yes, the exemption may be claimed. Even a room can be considered as a residential unit.
