12 July 2013 a plot purchased in 1989 for rs 70000 by husband and wife jointly sold for rs 100 lacs during june,2013.they already own a house in their name.what will be the capital gains liability for each ? what will be the amount required to be invested in REC/NHAI bonds by each ?
