28 May 2012 Respected Sir/Madam,

we booked a flat in 2006 and the booking amount was paid in the year 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09. but the agreement was done by by the builder in 2009-10 in favor of us. the possession will be transfer near about dec. 2012 and the last installment is remaining for the month of june 2012 and remaining payment has been done.

now we want to sale this flat before taking possession. so whether indexation is done from the year 2006 or 2009 for the purpose of capital gain.
