Capital gain on depreciable assets

24 June 2015 In a company there are no operations hence depreciation on assets was not taken since last 8 years .
now the company is selling the whole block of assets
is section 50 applicable??

24 June 2015 depreciation is not taken...it is allowed irrespective of whether you claimed or not...
