I have a query regarding Fmv as on 1-4-1981. I want to sell my share which were provided my company at Rs 10 before 1981 . Now at the time of sale i want to take the fmv as on 1981 ,but i have two market value .One of bombay stock exchange Rs 16 and one of Delhi Stock exchange Rs 12.50.Which value i can take for cost of acquisition.Pls reply asap.

why can,t i take 12.50 ,is there any clarification about this.

you can choose which are is more benifitual for you , that is Rs.16 . you can choose Rs,12.50 also, its depands choose of yours.
