IF SOMEONE HAS A LONG TERM CAPIATL GAIN FROM SALE OF A RESIDENTIAL HOUSE CAN HE AVAIL THE BENIFIT OF BOTH SECTION 54 & SECTON 54EC BY INVESTING TOTAL THE CAPITAL GAIN 50% EACH IN BOTH THE SCHMES. OR IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION IN DOING SO.

Ofcourse , you can avail the benefits under both the sections . There is no such restrictions imposed in the law.
