I have sold a house in Jan. Is it necessary to deposit the proceeds in Capital Gain A/C to purchas a new house. I have kept the money in Savings account. Please advise.

Purchase a new land and start some construction work...! also you have time upto 31 july .within that date if you could not act as said than u need to deposit...!

What in case if i book a flat with the builder before 31st July.
