02 December 2009 Q : If the Assesee has sold the residential property and has the capital gain on the Residential Property but the assesee has neither want to invest the money in the residential property under section 54 nor invest the money u/s. 54 EC to save the Tax but the Assesee wants to purchase the Commercial property it is correct or not or if there is any other scheme of investment please specify .
