one mine client has sold his agriculture land, is ti liable for capital gain? If the said land is situated within 8 kilometers of municipality limits then what is the tax treatment? and if it is situated beyond 8 kilometers then what is the tax treatment?

Please provide the details of population of the city as per the last census and aerial distance of the agricultural land from local limits of the city.
