if huf sold a property to else and karta of huf purchase a new property in individual name, payment of purchase new property to be given by huf, can huf get benefit of capital gain?

no as the new porperty should be in name of karta or huf to get benefit of deduction for capital gain

i can not understand, as my huf sales a property to else and i purchase new property because a bank can not give me loan so i as a karta of huf purchase a property and make payment from huf, can huf not beneficial for capital gain?

the new property owners must be either huf or karta then onlu huf can get dedcution from capital gain
