Mr.A sells land and purchases residential flat to claim exemption u/s 54 F .
Now can he obtain loan by mortgaging this flat within 3 years of purchasing it.
if no then Is there any other way out..please suggest

there is no restriction on creation of mortgage on this property. it doesn't affect your tax exemption.
