Question-1 Actual Consideration received Rs 100 lakhs,stamp duty paid for Rs 110 lakhs,full consideration deposited in CG A/c scheme. whether i have to pay tax on difference between RS 100 Lakhs and 110 lakhs.
Question-2
Nearest to the above land for same area stamp duty paid for Rs 150 lakhs.
Whether i have to considre the rs 150 if the answer to the above is yes.
