HE ADVANCED MONEY FOR PLOT TO A COLONISER TO CONSTRUCT THE RESIDENTIAL HOUSE, AFTER GIVING SUBSTATIAL AMOUUNT, AT THE TIME OF REGISTRY A DISPUT ARISEN AND REGISTRY CAN NO BE COMPLETED. THE SELLER OF PLOT OFFERED ANOTHER PLOT FOR REGISTRY. IN THIS CASE THE AMOUNT CLAIMED IN RETURN TOWARDS INVESMENT IN PARTICULAR PLOT. WHAT WILL BE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS SITUATION?
