Cantral sale from haryana to delhi

i would like to know the percentage of C.S.T(Central sale)from Haryana to Delhi Sale.it should not be against C.Form sale.

i shall be very thank full to you in this regards,

10 November 2011 It should be 2% against C form sale but in other case the local sale tax rate in force at the seller place will be applicable.

but
local sale tax in haryana vat -5% and surcharge in vat 5% in case of central sale than cst is 5.25%
