Cannot read the file for signing itr 4

29 September 2013 Dear Sir,
Whenever I try to digitally sign the ITR 4, a message appears as "Cannot read the file for signing ITR 4". I have already registered the DSC in income tax website. I am using Mozila Firefox. Can anyone help me by giving me a solution for the above problem.

29 September 2013 Sometimes the popup bkocker and antivirus prevents these from openings, so better see the settings.
