29 October 2011 1.When there is a dispute between the landlord and the tenant and the tenancy agreement is cancelled is there any provision or rule under which TIN (vat registeration) be cancelled, by the landlord intimating to the concerned officer.

29 October 2011 surrender original letter of allotment to CIT(TDS) stating the reason, after 1-2 follow up they will cancell it and inform you.

You can even shift to any other premises and keep the same registration. If the new premises fall in the jurisdiction of another office your registration can be transferred to that office.
