we have alloted duplicate Tan so we require to cancel one TAN. I have filled Nil retun up to date and filled change and correction TAN form in Physical format. but got confused about whom to delivered form and amout and attchemnt along with form . kindly sujjest me appropriate method.

The deductor has to make an application with the jurisdictional A.O. (TDS), on a plain paper, requesting for cancellation of TAN and state reasons for such a request.
