12 December 2018 SIR, MY FATHER HAS BEEN PAYING INCOME TAX WITH A PAN NO. REGISTERED AGAINST HIS NAME. HE EXPIRED ON 02.12.2018. NOW, WHO WILL PAY THE INCOME TAX ON HIS BEHALF AND HOW?
HOW WILL HIS PAN BE CANCELLED?

simply apply for cancellation on plain paper to respected AO with original copy of PAN and Death Certificate.
