sir,
I had done my registration for itt in gazipur.. bt due to some problem..I m not able to attend the classes and I have not submitted my dd also with institution. . n now I want to cancel my registration. .. as
I m not able to take class
anywhere else in delhi.. bt they are saying that now u have to go outside delhi..what should I do now..plz help me out..

If you want to conduct ur ITT classes within Delhi they don't have any right to restrain you from doing so..
