hi i have applied for ipcc nov 2013. but i dont want to write the exams for this attempt. please suggest me is there any way to cancel my examination attepmt.

thank u.buti want to get rank in next may attempt. but my friend said that icai doesnt give ranks for second attempt students. is he correct???
